Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
6 frozen mini tart shells
whipped cream, optional topping
Instructions
Mix eggs, lemon juice, sour cream and confectioner's sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add mixture to empty frozen tart shells. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes at 325 °. Top with whipped cream. (optional)
