Lunch: Blackberry Prosecco Popsicles

Sweet summer berries and the light effervescence of sparkling wine come together to make a truly sophisticated treat.

Ingredients

1/3 c. blackberries
4 oz. crème de cassis
1 splash fresh lime juice
2 pinches lime zest
20 oz. Prosecco

Instructions

Pour crème de cassis on blackberries and crush. Add lime juice and zest. Put 1 teaspoon of mixture into each popsicle form and pour Prosecco on top. Freeze for 2 hours. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
