Lunch: Classic Limeade
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh lime juice
Lime slices, for garnish, optional
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Cook until sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Remove syrup from heat.
In a large pitcher, combine syrup, lime juice and 4 cups cold water. Garnish each glass with lime slices, if desired.
