Drink: Matcha Green Tea

Recipe by Ashley Kappel Matcha, a traditional Japanese tea, is one of the most nutritious beverages you can consume. Bonus: It's pretty yummy, too.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Matcha powder
6 ounces hot water, divided

Instructions

Boil 6 ounces water. In a bowl, combine matcha powder and 1 ounce hot water. Using a bamboo whisk, whisk rapidly until the mixture forms a thin paste. Add more hot water to the paste mixture until desired consistency is reached.
