Lunch: Praline Sauce

Recipe by Pam Lolley To satisfy your sweet tooth, whip up this quick and easy Praline Sauce that pairs perfectly atop our decadent Cream Puffs.

Ingredients

1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup butter
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Bring brown sugar, half-and-half, butter, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm.
