Ingredients
2 cups thinly sliced onions
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon canola oil
4-1/2 teaspoons ketchup
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in butter and oil until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
