Lunch: Maple Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 fresh thyme sprigs
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients and simmer over low heat until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 hours before using.
