Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
6 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet until tender. Stir in the spinach, bacon, nutmeg, salt and pepper; heat through.
