Lunch: Favorite Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
3 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients until blended. Shape into 1-in. balls. Roll cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
