Lunch: Rosemary’s Baby

Ingredients

1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, plus 1 small rosemary sprig for garnish
3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
1 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin
Ice
1 ounce Prosecco

Instructions

In a mixing glass, gently muddle the rosemary leaves with the Cocchi Americano. Add the gin, fill the glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and top off with the Prosecco. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
