Baked: Gluten Free Flat Bread

Quick cook low carb bread.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sorghum flour
2 tbsps flaxseed meal
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup egg whites
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 fl oz water
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Stir together all ingredients except egg whites.

2. In a separate bowl whip egg whites into stiff peaks. Fold into bread batter.

3. Pour by 1/4 cup portions onto hot griddle and turn when the top is set.
