potato and cauliflower cooked in North Indian style Aloo gobi is a dry vegetarian Indian side dish made with Aloo (potatoes) and gobi (cauliflower) mixed with spices and stir fried. Aloo Gobi, Gobhi Aloo, Alu Gobi, Aloo Gobi Masala, Potato Cauliflower Curry Aloo Gobi http://www.vahrehvah.com/aloo-gobi Ingredients 1/2 tsp amchoor pdr 1 number cauliflower, cut into florets 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp gr peas 2 number green chilli 1/4 cup oi 1 number onion 4 number potatoes, cubed 1 tsp red chili powder to taste salt 3 number tomatoes, chopped 3/4 tsp turmeric powder Directions • Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out add rest of spices mixed in water • add poatoes. and cauliflower • Also salt.
