Cheese Lings Cheese lings are light brown, crispy fried, bite size biscuits made of flour, mixed with butter and cheese, lightly spiced to give a nice essence and zest. These mouth melting cheesy lings are extremely innovative, comforting and light snack. They are truly guilt-free, fast to cook favourite snack especially amongst kids Ingredients: All-purpose flour – cup Baking pd - 1 tsp Salt – pinch Chilli pd - ¼ tsp Butter – 1 tsp Cheese, grated – 1 tbsp Water – few drops Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, chilli powder, butter, grated cheese and mix well (like short crust method). 2. Add few drops of water in the flour mixture and make stiff dough. 3. Just knead the dough for a while. Sprinkle some flour on the table and with help of a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin sheet. 4. Cut them into desired shapes. 5. Preheat the Philips airfryer at 180 degree C for 3 mins. 6. Pull out the basket and drop in the Cheese lings and air fry them for 5 minutes. 7. After 2 minutes, pull out the basket; toss them and air-fry again for about 2-3 minutes. 8. Remove and serve hot with sauce.
