Raw banana curry is a simple south Indian curry recipe which is best enjoyed with plain rice or chapatis.The raw bananas are stir fried with blended coconut masala andwhich is seasoned with mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies. http://www.vahrehvah.com/raw-banana-palya Plantain (raw banana) 2 n Green chilly 4 n Coconut powder 2 tb Oil 1 tb Mustard seeds ¼ ts Red chilly 2 n Chana daal 1 ts Urad daal 1 ts Hing pinch Onion chopped 1 n Curry leaves 2 sp Salt Turmeric Garlic chopped ½ ts First take green chilly, fresh grated coconut put in to the blender and make a paste.
