6 oz chicken breast

1 medium wheat tortilla
2 oz fat free cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Sprinkle chicken with cumin and cook for 20 minutes in 350 °F (175 °C) oven over foil-lined baking sheet.

2. Spray tortilla with non-fat cooking spray. Top tortilla with cheese, chicken, and tomato.

3. Cook quesadilla over medium heat in large skillet.

4. Cut into 4 pieces, and top with sour cream and salsa.
