Side Dish: Mexican Guacamole
Works with tacos or as a side with fish.
Ingredients
1 dash salt, to taste
1 avocado, cubed
12 sprigs cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1 large whole tomato , desedded and chopped
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together, until well combined, but still chunky.
2. Serve with chili con carne or as a dip.
