Lunch: Spiced Pita Bread Crisps
We serve these low-fat pita chips with our quick and easy Couscous Salad with Grilled Shrimp (pictured).
Ingredients
6 pita breads
Olive oil spray
kosher salt
ground cumin
chili powder
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Coat pita breads with olive oil spray and sprinkle with kosher salt, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper, each to taste. Cut each into quarters. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven 12 minutes, or until crisp.
