Lunch: Cioppino Garlic Crostini

Toasted bread with savory garlic.

Ingredients

1 small loaf French bread, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, smashed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 °.
Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Rub smashed garlic clove over each side.
Brush the slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and toasted.
