Lunch: BBQ Chicken Melts

Ingredients

2 c. pulled rotisserie chicken
1/2 c. bbq sauce
6 oz. cubed Velveeta
4 split hero rolls
1 c. shredded carrots
2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

Toss rotisserie chicken with BBQ sauce and Velveeta; pile onto bottom halves of rolls. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Mix carrots with green onions. Spoon onto chicken. Add roll tops.
