Dinner: Chicken Masala Burgers
Ground chicken with Indian spices...yum.

Ingredients
4 lbs ground chicken
1 cup cilantro
2 large eggs
3 tbsps garam masala
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 cup scallions, chopped
3 serrano peppers, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Mix together all ingredients
2. Make 16 equal patties.
3. Fry on both sides until done.
4. Note: try adding some lemon juice or increasing the serrano peppers. Can be frozen.
