Snack: Lasagna Dip
Recipe by Lindsay Funston Ricotta, mozzarella, Parm, oh my!
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. ricotta
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 c. marinara
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, plus more for garnish
Garlic bread or breadsticks, for serving
Instructions
In a slow-cooker, combine cream cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.
Add marinara, mozzarella, and oregano. Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours, until bubbly.
Garnish with oregano and serve with garlic bread or breadsticks.
