Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Grapefruits are rich in folic acid. One grapefruit will give you 8% of your daily needs of folic acid.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces grapefruit vodka
2 ounces fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Ice, for chilling

Instructions

Combine the grapefruit vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
