Dinner: Wild Rice and Beef Casserole
Seasoned beef, wild rice and cheese casserole the whole family will love.
Ingredients
1 cup wild rice
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 small onion
1 small red pepper
2 tsps soy sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and red pepper.
2. Cook rice according to directions on package.
3. Mix rice with cooked ground beef mixture.
4. Add crushed red pepper and soy sauce.
5. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F (175° C).
