Lunch: Herbed Skillet Vegetables

Fire-up the skillet and enjoy tender-crisp vegetables perfectly cooked in flavorful chicken broth.

Ingredients

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
.13 tsp. ground black pepper
12 small New potatoes
2 medium carrots
2 stalk celery

Instructions

Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup broth.
Mix remaining broth, thyme, pepper, potatoes, carrots and celery in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. or until tender.
Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
