: Meat Loaf with Cheese

Meat loaf recipe that's good for Phase 2 Fat Smash.

Ingredients

1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup oatmeal
2 lbs ground chuck
4 oz fat free cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients together.

2. Put in casserole dish at 350° F (175° C) for 1 hour.

3. Add cheese for the last 15 minutes.
