Beverage: Banana Milkshake

A low fat, tasty alternative to the real thing.

Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla
1 medium banana
6 ice cubes ice
1/2 cup 1% milk

Instructions

1. Place ingredients in blender.

2. Combine until banana and ice are broken up and mixture is smooth.

3. Serve.

4. More or less ice or milk can be used, depending on consistency and taste preferences.
