Side Dish: Cheesy Rice
Spanish cheesy rice that tastes yum.
Ingredients
1 cup salsa
16 oz chicken broth
2 cups minute rice
4 oz cheese
Instructions
1. In a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil salsa and chicken broth.
2. Add cheese (like Velveeta) and the 2 cups of rice.
3. Turn off heat and cover for 10 minutes.
4. Serve.
