Snack: Ranch Dip
This creamy, healthier version of ranch dip is perfect for dunking raw veggies.
Ingredients
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream
1 small scallion
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, and scallion. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and a pinch of pepper. Serve with carrot sticks, breadsticks, or your favorite vegetables.
