Dessert: Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Fudge
Recipe by Joanna Saltz It's the easiest Valentine's Day dessert you'll ever make. Promise.
Ingredients
2 c. white chocolate chips
1 container vanilla frosting
1 c. strawberries, washed and halved
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals until melted. Stir in the vanilla frosting. Pour into a foil-lined 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish.
Press the strawberry halves onto the top of the fudge. Let set in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Cut fudge into squares.
Mix chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Pour into a resealable plastic bag, clip off one end, and squeeze to drizzle chocolate on top of the fudge.
