Ingredients

3 cups diced tomatoes
3 medium chicken breasts
3 slices whole milk mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp leaves basil
1 tbsp garlic powder
4 tsps leaves dried oregano
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
4 cups tomato sauce

Instructions

1. Place chicken breast in roaster oven.

2. Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes on top of chicken breasts.

3. Sprinkle with basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

4. Cook at 375° F (190° C) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes spooning sauce over chicken every 15 minutes.

5. Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each breast, cover to melt cheese.

6. Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy!
