Ingredients
7 cups organic diced tomatoes
3 1/2 cups kidney beans
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 3/4 cups black beans
1 tsp sea salt
3 medium celery stalks, chopped
1 1/2 tsps leaves basil
2 tbsps chili powder
1 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic
6 oz sweet onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 3/4 cups water
21 oz ground beef
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
2. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir to mix ingredients.
3. Cook at high for 1 hour and turn down too low for 3 hours.
