Soup: Beef and Bean Chili
Chili with beans, diced tomatoes and green chilies that's a little spicy, but not too bad.
Ingredients
1 tbsp chili seasoning
1 cup diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 cups pinto beans
2 lbs lean ground beef
Instructions
1. In a pan, brown the ground beef.
2. Add the chili seasoning or chili powder.
3. Add the pinto beans.
4. Add the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
5. Cook well and serve warm.
6. Avoid crackers or chips to make it South Beach friendly!
