Appetizer: Tortilla Pizza Wrap
I created this recipe and it actually came out really good.
Ingredients
0.12 lb shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim
1 oz crushed tomatoes, canned
2 medium garlic and herb whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
1. Put crushed tomatoes on the tortilla.
2. Top with cheese followed by any other toppings.
3. Roll up the tortilla and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about ten minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes crisp.
