Lunch: Cheesy Italian Pizza Loaf
When you're crunched for time but really craving a pizza, try topping a crusty loaf of French bread with your favorite cheeses and veggies, instead of ordering takeout.
Ingredients
1 c. KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
3/4 c. PHILADELPHIA Reduced Fat Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme
1/4 c. chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 green onion
1 French bread baguette
2 tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Spread onto cut sides of bread; top with Parmesan.
