Side Dish: Savory Green Beans
A really fast and yummy side dish.

Ingredients
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 thin slices turkey bacon
1 can green beans
Instructions
1. Fry turkey bacon crisp over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
2. Remove to drain on paper towels. Very lightly wipe some of grease from the pan with a paper towel.
3. Lower heat to medium-low, and sauté garlic a minute or two in turkey bacon residue. Do not brown or let burn.
4. Add green beans to garlic. Sauté lightly.
5. Cut fried bacon into small bites with kitchen shears and return to pan.
6. Cook all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
7. Add a splash or two of white wine vinegar (cider vinegar also works) and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until the liquid has removed all the yummy brown bits from the pan.
