Dinner: Pepperoni Pizza
Pizza crust made with cream cheese and eggs offers a lower carb recipe.

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
14 slices pepperoni
2 large eggs
1 tsp garlic
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese (left out for 1 hour), eggs, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
2. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) in a lightly greased/sprayed 9x13" pan for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes
3. Add pizza sauce and toppings to taste.
4. Place back in oven for another 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
