Ingredients
3/4 cup spelt, dry
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients then wet ingredients.
2. Stir wet ingredients in until just mixed.
3. Bake in donut baker.
