Cinnamon is one of the best ingredients that someone with insulin sensitivity can eat. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon per day has been shown to be very effective at normalizing blood sugar levels. 1 oz nonfat evaporated milk
2 tsps cinnamon
2 tsps sugar
3/4 cup long grain rice, cooked
Instructions
1. Cook the rice per directions.
2. Add evaporated milk and stir.
3. Add cinnamon and stir.
4. Add sugar an stir well.
