Lunch: Aperitif

Greet everyone with a pretty cocktail: the Plymouth Americano, an American-by-way-of-Italy treat adapted from David Burnette, mixologist at the historic Capital Hotel in Little Rock, AR.

Ingredients

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Aperol or Campari
1 oz. dry vermouth
3 oz. prosecco or champagne

Instructions

In a flute glass, stir gin, Aperol, and vermouth until blended.
Top with prosecco and garnish with a long orange peel.
