Ingredients

8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup salsa
2 oz chili peppers
2 cups black beans
8 flour tortillas

Instructions

1. Cook chicken breast and shred after cool to touch.

2. Slice tortillas into strips.

3. Mix chicken breast, black beans, soup, salsa and chilis.

4. Place 1/2 of tortillas in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray like Pam.

5. Layer next with chicken breast mixture and then 1/2 of the shredded cheese.

6. Cover with other half of tortillas, then chicken breast mixture and then cheese.

7. Cover and bake in 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 45 minutes.
