Lunch: Fried Calamari
Ingredients
8 squid, cleaned
2 cups/1/2 L milk
1 cup/250 ml flour
1 cup/250 ml bread crumbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 cups/750 ml extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cut the squid into rings and let rest in a bowl of milk for 5 minutes.
