Lunch: Ringmaster Raspberries over Peaches Foster

Ingredients

3 large fresh ripe peaches, peeled and sliced into wedges
6 tablespoons caramel sauce slightly heated (by placing jar in a bowl of hot water)
6 tablespoons granola
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint fresh raspberries, evenly divided into 6 portions

Instructions

Arrange peach wedges in a radial pattern on each serving dish. Spoon caramel sauce over and sprinkle with granola. Top with a scoop of ice cream and fresh raspberries.
