Side Dish: Mushroom Salad
Tangy, easy to make salad with mushrooms, onion, green pepper and celery.
Ingredients
1/2 cup light Italian dressing
1 cup chopped celery
1 lb mushroom
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
Instructions
1. Wash mushrooms and mix all chopped ingredients.
2. Drizzle dressing on top of vegetables.
