Dessert: Sponge Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
1 3/4 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. unsalted butter
4 large eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. vanilla extract
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
6 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. decorative sprinkles
Instructions
Make the cake: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom of a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan. Fit parchment paper into the bottom of the pan, butter the parchment and pan sides and dust with flour. Set aside. Sift the flour and baking powder together and set aside.
