Dessert: Chocolate Banana Berry Smoothie

Decadent tasting smoothie but good for you.

Ingredients

1/2 medium banana, frozen
10 blueberries
1/2 cup soy milk
2 slices silken tofu
1 tbsp cocoa, heaping

Instructions

1. Chop up frozen banana.

2. Add all ingredients to blender. You may need to add some sweetener if you don't like dark chocolate.

3. Blend.

4. Sprinkle some cocoa on top!
