Dinner: Chicken Fried Steak
Also known as Country Fried Steak, this is a long-time favorite dish in the South.

Ingredients
2 large egg whites
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp parsley
1 tsp black pepper
8 oz cubed lean beef steak
8 fat free saltines crackers
Instructions
1. Crack two eggs and strain out just the whites (toss the yolks).
2. Place the saltine crackers, garlic salt with parsley and ground pepper in a Ziploc bag (crush up saltine crackers to make crumbs).
3. Dip the cubed beef in the egg whites and place in Ziploc bag and shake vigorously to coat .
4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 25 minutes (flip during baking).
