Lunch: Cheddar-Apple Chutney Phyllo Cups

Mini flaky tarts stuffed with apple chutney and shredded cheddar is an app that's as sweet to pull together as it is to eat.

Ingredients

20 phyllo cups
1 1/2 c. Apple chutney
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fill phyllo cups with apple chutney and sprinkle with cheddar. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake until warmed through and cheese is melty, about 10 minutes.
