Appetizer: Turkey & Egg Lettuce Wraps

A great low-carb snack or side.

Ingredients

8 slices deli-style turkey
8 large boiled eggs
8 medium lettuce leaves

Instructions

1. Peel and cut each egg into slices.

2. Put turkey and egg slices (1 egg per wrap) on each lettuce leaf and roll up.

3. Note: chicken can be used instead of turkey. You can also add other veggies such as well as condiments.
