Dinner: Shrimp Pepper Pasta
A real easy, quick and tasty recipe.
Ingredients
1/4 cup cilantro
20 large shrimp
5 medium whole tomatoes
1 lb fettuccini noodles
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper
Instructions
1. Sauté shrimp in garlic and crushed red pepper.
2. Add chunked tomatoes and cilantro cook only until heated
3. Pour over fettuccini noodles. Optional, garnish with feta cheese.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
