Lunch: Pimento Cheese

This Southern classic makes a perfect party spread.

Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 (8 oz) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons pimentos, diced
2 teaspoons onion, grated
1/4 teaspoon Paula Deen House Seasoning
freshly ground pepper, to taste
kosher salt, to taste

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
Beat with an electric hand mixer or stir with a spatula until well mixed.
Serve with soda crackers or between two pieces of white bread.
